Mandalay Wellbeing CIC have created and managed many projects over the years. Below are the current projects we are promoting to improve the wellbeing of the Great Yarmouth and surrounding community.

If you are an employer in or around the Great Yarmouth area we would love to hear from you.
We would like you to join our team of employers who will give interview opportunities for candidates we believe are suitable for positions you may have.
Through “Take a Chance on Me”, our mission is for you to say our candidate was “suitable for interview’ whether or not you offer them the position.

Our project, “Win Or Lose Have Shiny Shoes,” was born out of a desire to transform lives through meaningful employment and a renewed sense of purpose.
Our aim is to help those furthest from employment, including homeless individuals, long-term job seekers, 16-25 year olds, and anyone looking for a new challenge.
